Stunning location just next door to centre and excellent views of the lake, could not be better.

A wide range of food for breakfast including cakes and bacon. Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with central heating, a work desk and television. Amazing location really close to the town centre, and the promenade which is a wonderful walk very peaceful and excellent views of the lake and the town, and delicious and enjoyable breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views of the lake and the charming town of Malcesine. Guests can enjoy a lovely walk around the bay to explore the area. The hotel has a cozy pool area and a beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast or a pre-dinner drink. The staff is friendly and provides exceptional service, ensuring a memorable stay. the hotel has a classic design with a long and attractive history, adding character to the rooms.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the whole ambience was very lovely and relaxing. I am pregnant and the waiters went out of their way to get me strawberries and other cravings. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed chatting to the other guests.

I liked everything, but the room was rather hot and the aircon was off. Also, better wifi signal would be good so you could sit with your laptop on the terrace. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't a jacouzi in the spa and it would have been nice if the spa was open til 10pm instead of 8 as was the case. There was a lovely little grand piano in the lobby but noone playing it. My husband and I love music and it would have been great if there had been a bit of live music in the evenings.

The hotel location was stunning in a picturesque area. And it was also short walk to the promenade, restaurant, and the mountains and Garda lake. Comforts of queen room were fabulous - a balcony and soundproof windows. All the staff were especially wonderful and lovely, the breakfast was enjoyable with desserts.

The location was stunning. The staff were friendly and efficient, but always discreet. The hotel itself was a delightful mixture of old and new.

A small suggestion. Being English I like to drink tea with my breakfast and I feel that a better brand could be on offer and Earl Grey should be available.

Easter at this hotel was amazing! The view from the terrace was breathtaking, with the lake in front and the mountains to the back. The pool area had incredible views and the staff were always quick to bring us drinks. The walk into town was leisurely and we enjoyed the lovely lakeside path. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, each dish better than the last. It was nice to have an adults-only atmosphere.

There were a couple of small issues. The eggs and bacon in the morning were not hot enough, but this was quickly remedied by mentioning it to the staff.

Our room had a balcony with a view of the Lake which was amazing. The views were breath taking. The hotel was kept impecably clean and the food was lovely. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Her English speaking was fantasic. The man was less friendly and a bit weird! If I went back to Lake Garda I would definately consider booking this hotel again. Not recommended to people with walking difficulties or perhaps the elderly.

I didnt like the man on reception and the big hill to the entrance of the hotel. It is not suitable for elderly people or people with walking difficulties. Not a place for children either. I took my nine year old son as we went to Lake Garda for a wedding. Residents around the pool didnt take too gladly to a nine year old jumping in!

Peace and quite with amazing views overlooking Lake Garda whilst laying by the pool, sipping cocktails. Do not miss out on the the cable car trip from Malcesine, but get there before 09.30 to avoid the crowds.

The queen room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe. The staff was courteous during our wonderful stay.- The hotel's location is amazing and stunning, nestled between the mountains and Lake Garda.- The magnificent gardens offer breathtaking views of Lake Garda and the mountains of Malcesine.

Perfect classy hotel with AMAZING views of lake and mountains. Amazing location in the fantastic area, so close to the restaurant which was about to close and beautiful surroundings. Again, not far from Val di Sogno. Amazing service overall. A good stay with a great swimming pool.
